Spotlight on Alleghany Regional Commerce Center Site Partner, Branch
🏗️ Branch is providing the resources to level ARCC, including stormwater management, to increase the marketability for future development. Work at the site included 45 acres of clearing, 750,000 cubic yards (CY) of material movement and placement, 500,000 CY of rock crushing for fill placement, 4,700 linear feet of storm drainage, sewer and road relocation for residents adjacent to the project, overhead utility relocation, and a 2.5 acre permanent stormwater pond with impermeable liner and aquatic plantings.
🚧 The project is in full swing and approaching the finish line, with 20-25 employees on the site daily. Crews have completed 90% of the material movement, all of the storm drainage, and are in the process of constructing the permanent stormwater pond. Once completed, Branch will have constructed a level site and building pad that will be ready for immediate design and construction.
